How do you ensure my chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
During warmer months or for shipments to hot climates, we utilize insulated thermal packaging and frozen gel packs to maintain the integrity of our chocolates. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize time in transit.
Are your candies made in-house?
Yes! At Hercules Candy, we pride ourselves on our traditional methods. Most of our chocolates, brittles, and hard candies are handcrafted in small batches right in our shop to ensure peak freshness and quality.
Do you offer sugar-free or allergy-friendly options?
We carry a selection of sugar-free chocolates for those with dietary restrictions. Please note that our facility processes nuts, dairy, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for those with severe sensitivities.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
